    Nothing has changed in the companies financials. It is the market and market sentiment that has changed. It will change again.
    Garner is accountable for the financials, and I imagine that he will continue to do so.
    The "CFO" title seems to be more of a label applied to a commercial role, than for a financial accounting role.
    Probably its an American thing.
