Off course the above does not apply to KBL as everything was out of the directors control , no one would have expected it to rain in NSW , the repose angles on the benches were so conservative that it was just a terrible tragedy that there was a slip , the process plant sign off was an arms length deal with an independent party and the recoveries were so spectacular .
