Hi Ruddy. I think you mean SWOT = Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats test or analysis invented at Stanford Uni (Ca) way back in the 50's.
The Quarterly Jim Wall seemed to think was very good is in fact not the best document to come out with if you want to get a good response out of a SPP. Sure June is going in the right direction but what for the future.
What was probably needed is a plain old simple budget focused on what has to be done to make a profit in an established time frame.
Hopefully some constructive criticism at the GM might get their attention if the SPP turns out a poor result.
