I'm a little curious about the details of the Kanowna announcement. A couple of questions I would like answered:
1. Why did Oroplata give Attfield, a company that was created 3 weeks ago, the option to acquire 51% of them?
2. Why would Attfield, who have this wondrous option to get control of Oroplata and 620,000 ounces of gold ($US248,000,000 worth), selling out for 20Mil 2c shares ($400,000 or $1,800,000 at the current market price) ?
3. Why is Oroplata valued at 45 Million 2c shares? At 9c they walk away with $40,500,000 (Not bad for 3 years work).
4. The geologist Neil Stuart, who has indicated there is 620,000 ounces in the ground, is also a director of Oroplata, who stands to gain millions of dollars out of the valuation. Wouldn’t it be more prudent to get an independent geologists report?
I apologise for my suspicious nature. If these are answered satisfactorily it could be quite a good investment.
Cheers
