Royalty discount was included but not limited to, if Thai government doesn’t want to give royalty discount but they are willing to give us another 70spls and incentives and a guarantee our future application will be approved within timely manner then we shouldn’t feel bad about it. Working with government is far better than forcing them.
RSK sound conservatives because of the incentives, mine openings and cash balances.
let say we go $50m loan from thai government bank and $25m cash from NE then whole equation will get changes.
