I've made a rough flowchart. The top red possibility is already gone, after today. The downside chances may have been reduced by almost half now.
There are quite a lot of decent/good outcomes from here. Well, good relative to the current SP, but not necessarily compared to people's average buy which could be at $1+. So the next question is - will the TAFTA legal proceedings + company upkeep cost more than the remaining $55m, therefore requiring the sale of NE or new debt. And if NE is sold soon anyway, will that leave a fairly large surplus of cash in excess of what is needed for the TAFTA claim.
