"subject to measures having effect equivalent to nationalisation or expropriation (hereinafter referred to as“expropriation”)"
One always looks at the intention behind the words and the intention would be to protect Australian companies from acts which effectively have the same effect, such as arbitrary revocation of granted licences without any basis
From the viewpoint of the punter its odds on they win, but as per your spreadsheet there are some yes/no's after that win
