It's been awhile since I have looked at KCN . The jump in the SP caught my curiousity.
Congrats to the company for getting some insurance money. Obviously the premiums were well spent.
I wonder how hard the insurance company fought NOT to pay.
The Thailand persons, group, government? will fight hard too. And they are not to be trusted, that is obvious, since they shut down the operation without truthful facts or decent investigation. Would they willingly pay./???? NO WAY. Will they try to keep the assets they have STOLEN? YES ! wIll they accept they are scoundrels ....never. Will they come to an agreement? yes...possibly....but it will be with a fat bribe that everyone of any importance will know about....so they can save face.
And they will have to save face...or it just won't happen.
That is my opinion. And it (any settlement) will not eventuate soon. (of course time is irrelevant to them....it is all about money in the end)
