Doesn't smashing Chatree's valuation just open the way for the Board to encourage a low ball bid from someone ? For the life of me I can't figure out why they have used virtually the same discount rate to impair the Golden Goose producer (Chatree) with the Ugly Duck exploration prospect (South America). Surely one should be lower (less risk) and the other higher (more risk) ???????????? Strikes me as really odd - but as usual would love opinion of others
