I agree with you..i thought the bit about the leases was actually quite negative given past history, but positive in that it means we are at least closer...either someone was being dishonest somewhere along the line or they had no idea about the process...back in October/November they were saying that they were convinced the leases were coming before the elections on 24th December...how could they say that in light of what they are saying in this current announcement about Forsetry approvals only just coming through!!! None of it makes much sense but anyway on the positive side at least we seem to be closer now and the fastracking part does sound positive...
