In a very ordinary market today KCN are up 5.57%.
KCN have been quite transparent and imo you might have misunderstood what KCN have earlier released.

Eg. in the last quarterly KCN mentioned that "Documentation for the Chatree North Mining Leases requires ministerial signoff from Natural Resources (Forestry.)"

KCN have now told us very, very importantly that:

1. "all forestry permits required inside Chatree North have been approved at ministerial level for the use of their lands for mining purposes."

2. We are now in the very final stages, sprinting in the home straight as KCN told us that " .. the Department of Primary Industries and Mines (DPIM) ... has commented that they will be supportive of fast tracking the final issuing of the mining lease applications with the Forestry approvals in place."

NOTE: "fast tracking."

Then all that remains is for the Ministerial sign off.

We've waited a long time. It looks like everything will shortly be finalised. Then KCN will become one of the most, if not the most exciting mid tier gold stock listed on the ASX imo.
