A lot will hinge on the Fed and QE2 - how much will they print, and how much is factored in already. the pog is getting nervous leading up to the announcement and a sharp sell off in gold is on the cards..............maybe. this would not be good for KCN in the current situation, but all recommend holding gold long term, as recovery in the US is likely to remain tepid inspite of money printing and Obama will have to print even more if he is to get re-elected in 2 years.
l note today the price of KCN rose in spite of falling pog indicating it has been oversold recently
