It had a debt of roughly $30m, can't remember if it was AUD or USD.
I would assume AUD per reporting under Australian Accounting Standards.
EDIT: Meaning a cash in bank of roughly $50m, which is slightly below the market cap.
The insurer is also putting up $3.2m USD to pursue the compensation through the free trade agreement.
