I would say they have about $A50mil net in cash now, calculated as follows:
Investec loan $A20mil, current payables at 31Dec18 $A5mil, expenditure for Mar19 quarter $A2mil = $A27mil outstanding. Receipt today of $77mil($US55mil) = $A50mil cash in bank.
There is another liability of $A11.7mil for preference shares in their Thai subsidiary that is not repayable before 30July2022 - I don't know if that has been guaranteed by the parent Company(KCN).
