It depends on the firm of solicitors who you approach. Some do it no win no fee, others do it with a litigation funder. for 50-100 one would get the advice for a funder. For no win, no fee the pain is at the end. The securing of the litigation funder depends, amongst other things on the barrister and the advice. The people who are sought after are very busy.
