Does anybody know if Kingsgate cannot reach 90% of LRC after the...

    Does anybody know if Kingsgate cannot reach 90% of LRC after the extension period then takeover will be unattainable?
    If this be the case they may have to come up with a better offer or perhaps walk away. I'm not too sure how it works.
