kcn to get control

a big call , i acknowledge, but i think that kcn will get control of and, with more than 50% acceptance. i know the argument will be that a seller of and, could get more on the market, but with 300 m shares on issue, it is most unlikely that everybody could get more, as there will not be enough buyers at the current market price of and. i have had a good look through the bidders statement, and it looks good for and shareholders. also no other bids have been forthcoming - so it might be fully priced. i hope that . if kcn get control, that they find a lot more ore to justify the takeover
