KDI ingredients (the recently acquired business)

so I believe this is the company the NZS has recently acquired, it is a subsidiary of Kiwi Dreams International.

They seem to own a few brands and a lot of raw ingredients are available to them.

My question is, are these brands now owned by NZS?

Does this mean they already have access to a foothold in the European nutraceuticals market?

Are all these ingredients/products available to NZS?

(I will do further research into this myself, would just like to open this up to collaboration)
