I hope that they can settle Charlie even though I believe that this is like commercial extortion. Its a lesson for KDR management, take the medicine and move on.

MZN are going to play the game as much as possible to gain what they can from any settlement however Im pretty sure they won't want to go to trial. If KDR lawyers and Capri can exert other forms of pressure then KDR is in a stronger bargaining position.

Lets hope this can get sorted sooner rather than later because SP is like to explode once MZN buggar off.
