We're not saying charts predict everything. We're saying there is always background noise that can cause you to doubt whether it's a good time to be in the market.
But events like the GFC or the Great Depression don't happen every day. They don't happen every year. Once, maybe twice a decade.
Meanwhile, every day there is a new catastrophe on the front page of the paper. There's always something bad happening somewhere. Almost none of it matters anything to KDR's share price.
Absolutely agree that we're due for a broad market correction, if not a crash, but these things are much easier to see in hindsight than they are with foresight.
I would be worried about how well KDR could raise capital to develop the project if there is a big crash, but that's not a tangible enough concern to sell out.
Certainly not a tangible enough concern to be keeping the share price down.
