All the institutions have already dumped their KDRO and bought into head stock, you reckon the institutions will vote to look after some retail investors who sold head stock to get better leverage by going pure KDRO? Look, all my discussion is purely in theory. As long as a takeover doesn't occur then there is no risk and nothing to worry about.
