its interesting that you mention TO, because in the same breath we should all note the fact  that both the Chairman and the Founder of Kidman - are also business strategists, in their other lives.  That being the case, and with only 313m outstanding shares, should a TO ever be launched, they of all people will no doubt defend 'US' retail shareholders way better then those Junior Li Exp Co's, whose CEO's are non strategic geologists. Nothing against that profession, AT ALL as CEOs.   But,  if you've read about the Li Industry and ALL is potential over the past twelve months or more, in newspaper articles, mining websites, other HC Li co. posts - especially PLS , then even 'blind freddy and his dog' now knows that THIS IS THE MINING METAL of the 2020s     and those that think big and long term, will make a bucket of dosh,
from a hard rock spodumene li deposit, in a safe, political stable country, such as ours.  Strategically trained
CEOs do this more naturally then geo's, my humble opinion bias here.

So, a $5 per share first offer would be but a STARTER  ($1.5b) especially if we come in at 200mt and over.
If- --if, we are really that big, and we should know or at least get an inkling by the end of this year, because Texas hasn't even been touched yet -and, when Texas comes in as big as we all hope,  WE will then be worth multiple $B's, just in the ground

Hence, the interests from local as well as overseas MNCs
