Well I'm impressed!

But I have to do this in 6 minutes so I'll get straight tothe point - the finance people will need to see proof you have $2.40 x 404,771,968.3 shares.Say $971,452,723.9 dollars ready to be placed in escrow.

Some around here doubt that you have that much cash unencumbered(we'd need it in full you know and within 7 months at the latest) or that youcould have the signing authority to transfer that much given the amusing natureof your brief correspondence.

There is a niggling little suggestion that any contract wemake with you might be unenforceable if you are - not to be to fine a point onit - nuts rather than joking.

You understand of course we can't forward this to the KDR directors.And they were not allowed to read your note to them properly until our legalteam and the finance team give the all clear.

Contracts do you believe it ? Risk of penalties and all -yeah dumb I know. Ya gotta laugh.
