From memory the 17% of shares WES claim have support..... are subject to deal going ahead...... also we don’t know what the agreed price was struck at....... as a private deal off market I reckon there was a fair sweetener above public offer ....... they can do private deals...... just thoughts and sorry been too busy to fact catch 100% on this, so very much musings IMHO........ with a large ???? Things are not always as they seem, the obvious is the wording support ... that has been used in Ann’s, I believe this to be quite ambiguous and isn’t approval. Games at play, time will reveal all.
