I had a look about a week ago. Its an algorithm that's running - ie. a price generated by a set of rules with no human involvement. Which means if the assumptions in preparing the price are good then the value estimation could be good too - if not, garbage (assumptions) in just produces garbage values out. The algorithm probably isn't even aware of WES existence.
Often these things are done as a sort of click bait.
