The question asked at the meeting was "has RIO made a site visit" ....No.

The real question should have been "has RIO made any contact" ?

But that is totally irrelevant: IF RIO are running the numbers on SQM then RIO are backing SQM's DD on KDR. Therefore: it follows that, 'if' RIO buy the SQM stake then all they have to do is delay and or starve, (read: encountered technical difficulties, production delayed 2 years) KDR of funds until the share price collapses and they get KDR for nothing. Thats what the big D....'s do when they come out swinging.
Do we have the management & board experience to stop this happening: NO.
The obvious obfuscation at the meeting said it all.

Beware the RIO SQM announcement : take profits and move on.
