You can find all that info in the last couple of 3B’s. Will also show you what overhanging fruit is left in the way of options/performance shares.

As a general rule the sp will drop once the converted shares have hit people’s accounts, it’s all about mc remaining constant, not sure how exactly the market does this, must be a controller somewhere that orchestrates this, UNLESS there is some positive news that will counteract this mechanism, this hopefully will be the case in the not too distant future.
