Tiger, your suggestion of:
"Buy KDRO's pay up the 20c and your leisure and convert them to FPO's and get 3-4c extra profit. Options can be converted any time you like, you dont have to wait until expiry date."

.... problem is that there are as many traders all over this who arent interested in the delays and subsequent risks that you suggestion entails.

So while it is a valid suggestion, it really only applies to "investors" who want a longer term position.
