My understanding after reading the documents issued by KDR is that they cannot accept payments before the 16th April and that they do not accept bank transfer or credit crds options. I'm planning on posting them cheques on or near the 16th April. (probably via registered post so I have a comeback if they claim to have not receive them) I do not expect the forms from them until much closer to the opening time for the exercise of the options.
