KDRO, page-29

I have traded my kdr, 250000 for kdro but only after doing some research.

I cant speak for other share holders but to date the evidence shows
these kdro are well into the money,
the company will send out a conversion letter with bpay details close to the exercise date etc similar to any other option exercise letter.
if a take over happens the value will be pro rata to the kdr share..bonus

My view is that the closer we get to April 30 2018 the closer to par these kdro must be.

SO;
Using current prices
Buy at .675 pay 15c , = .825 then sell at .875.....very simple maths
