You don't need to reply because options can be exercised anytime

The point of buying options is to not exercise them but, instead, take advantage of the leverage

If you buy options for 30 cents and buy shares for 45 cents, when the share price reaches 90 cents, you make 150% profit on the options and 100% profit on the shares

when the share price reaches $1.20, you make 250% profit on the options and 166% profit on the shares

that is why you buy options
