She's brought in 2 little birds now. They could have fallen or been pushed out of nests, I don't know. Or she could have gone up a tree and got them, like a kookaburra.
She hadn't killed them but no doubt she would in the end. But I managed to pick them up and put them out in a tree. Whether they survive?
I can't have senseless killing. There's an old trick we used on dogs which was to smear mustard on what they killed and tie it round their neck for a day. But I don't fancy trying to do that with sharp teeth & claws. Anyway the prey has to be dead.
