MEO did not take up their pre-emption rights at the time, and informed us later, if I recall it, that they had misgivings about the risk profile.
Kea then flogged their 70% to the Celieri fund (spelling?), but apparently the NZ regulatory body has not yet approved the transfer. So who knows how it might pan out in the end?
