Keating made a great contribution to Australia's place in the world. He did all the hard work, but unfortunately for Australia, was rejected before we could all really reap the benefits of his brilliance. We'd be a lot better off if he'd been there for the last 12 years.
In the meantime, enjoy the fairness, and the good management of the economy that this government is providing. Australia is gradually starting to regain some of the pride and reputation that were so badly damaged under the rodent and the clodhopper.
