China are not ignorant or infantile, they knew the limitations placed by both parties when they signed the FTA. I disagree with the connotation of "back doors" since the content of the agreement was open to scrutiny and dialogue by both parties.

Unless you can cite an article or clause that has been dishonoured/breached, you do not have a valid premise for your assertions and speculation.
Having said that, I welcome such information.
