Probably had something to do with the "Lima Declaration" and the "New International Economic Order" [NIEO]

For We are Young and Free.... Or are we?

By best selling author, Lance Spicer

"Australians all let us rejoice for we are young and free", so the nation anthem goes, or are we? We are certainly a young country, but are we free? Are our freedoms guaranteed? If so, where are they legislated? The truth is, they aren't. We rely on the good grace of politicians, bureaucrats and those in positions of authority to apply "fairness". We don't have a Bill of Rights that guarantees our rights. The Statute of Westminster 1931 and The Australia Act 1986 ensured our link with The Bill of Rights 1688, The Magna Carta of 1225, The Petition of Rights 1628 and The Act of Settlement 1701 was broken and the protection of those acts is now effectively unavailable to Australians. As Australians, we must look to International Law and Treaties that Australia has signed to ensure our rights aren't infringed. Even that is no guarantee. Our politicians have scant regard for international laws unless challenged. They have no regard for our freedoms or rights at all. Prime Minister John Howard promised legislated privacy for all Australians before he came to power in 1996, but once elected did a back flip on this "non-core" promise. He stated, " A Liberal and National Government will as a priority, and in consultation and development with the States and Territories, ensure the implementation of a privacy law regime in Australia comparable with best international practice. As part of achieving this goal we will work with industry and the states to provide a co-regulatory approach to privacy within the private sector." Then after the election in March 1997 said, "I took the opportunity of today's Premiers Conference to raise the Commonwealth's concerns regarding proposals to implement a privacy regime for the private sector. The Commonwealth opposes such proposals which will further increase compliance costs for all Australian businesses, large and small". So much for "honest John" . Of course collection of the GST is ok for business to implement, but giving Australian citizens the right to privacy is too expensive. Conclusion, Tax Collection....Good, People's Privacy & .Bad. They really are the pathetic lying creatures we all thought they were.

When we elect State or Federal Governments we give them the task of providing a political, social, economic and judicial framework that allows our society to function in a way that we believe is in our best interests. If a government does not provide that framework or has provided a system that is plagued with problems, injustices, frauds and does not carry out the will of the people in the best interest of the people it governs, that government has failed and should be dismissed and a new one appointed. In my new book, "For are young and free" I confront that very issue as well as many others and ask these questions:

Is our British "Constitution" relevant for Australia?
Is the "Constitution" valid and legal? The United Nations doesn't think so, nor do some of our most eminent people. In fact it appears all our laws could be invalid and there is absolute proof. The politicians really mucked this one up.
Do our politicians listen to us, do we have enough say in the policies of our government? Why do they deny us Citizen Initiated Referenda?
Is democracy "Australian Style" working? A million people who voted for One Nation don't think so.
Are International interests and the Banking Industry playing too great a role in Australian government?
Are our freedoms of speech, association and expression guaranteed and if not, why not?
What is going on at Pine Gap and other US bases that's so important that the CIA decided to undermine the Whitlam Government in 1975? Is it true the facilities there are being used to monitor private citizens telephone, email and other communications?
Why can't we protect our privacy? John Howard refuses legislate privacy because the last thing the government wants is laws that impede the bureaucrats checking up on us.
Why haven't we been told more about the coming New World Order and New International Economic Order via the appalling Lima Declaration that has cost Australians so many jobs?
Private dis-armament. Was Port Arthur a deliberate act by the government to ensure we would gladly handover our weapons? Some people believe it was, and they have evidence. What better way to shock us into believing private dis-armament was the right thing to do.
What right did our politicians have to "De-industrialise" Australia in favour of international and third world interests?
It is time for change, for average Australians to take back control of our country and tell the politicians and bureaucrats exactly how things are going to be. We will remind them they are public servants and it is time to start serving the public in the public's best interest. Australians will set the agenda, not public servants and international business interests who have proven themselves to be self serving.

Our country is slowly being destroyed by the "de-industrialisation effect" of the Lima Declaration and the removal of industry tariffs for no other reason than to transfer our wealth to the third world. Did we vote for this? Our children will be the real losers. You only have to look at the hopelessness of our country's youth. Youth suicides are always increasing and who's fault is it? Probably ours, because we voted for those useless, visionless, unconcerned twits in Canberra. How many of our youth have to take their lives? How many farmers will have to walk off the land? How many Australians will go without a job or suffer under-employment? When will the politicians forget about international interests and grandstanding and govern for the good of all Australians. I fear the reason it is more important for our federal politicians to appease "international" interests is because they have been told to do so. Only a fool would willingly do to this country what they have done. Who is manipulating our politicians? The United Nations, World Bank, IMF, The Omega Agency, the Bilderbergs, the Banking System, Parliamentarians, Global Action, The Trilaterals? Take your pick& some of them, possibly all of them, but one thing is for certain, this country is not being run for the good of Australians. That's obvious to all of us. Former Governor-General Sir Ninian Stephen hit the nail on the head when he said "When power passes from nation states to international agencies, the individual elector risks becoming increasingly unimportant." We have become more or less irrelevant in the process because regardless of who we vote for we get the same result. James Warburg (of banking fame) once stated to a conference where Australian politicians were present, "We shall have world government, whether or not we like it, by consent or by conquest".

Why do most politicians resist the concept of Citizen Initiated Referenda? What do they fear? They fear our opinions, they fear we will "hijack" the internationalist agenda they have set. They may have to start doing what we want for the betterment of all Australians and that would really upset the New World Order applecart wouldn't it?

Lance Spicer reveals what we all suspected, our country and our lives are becoming more controlled and our liberties are being attacked. The Australian People are becoming increasingly manipulated by the agendas of big business, banks, international interests and politicians who regard the electorate with contempt. The author discusses many of the serious issues that must be faced by all Australians:

The Banking System and the hidden agendas
The New World Order Organisations are exposed
Loss of Privacy and what we should do about it
Citizen Initiated Referenda -Take back control
    Our British Constitution proven invalid
The De-Industrialisation of Australia by International interests
CIA interference in our political system & spy bases pose a threat to our privacy
