Guesstimates at result timing a few weeks back would have put the results out by now. Hence the vols & SP.
The speeding ticket response re-adjusted the result timing expectation a little I think (qualified with a "don't worry, everything is going as planned").

Make sure you have read the response to the speeding ticket, otherwise you won't have the short term picture.

Investors are in position. Spec traders may have been in & out in all this. But the results are due tomorrow at the earliest, end of next week at the latest.
