I know of at least 3 posters who followed keen's advice....they now appear to hold no hope of buying back in that area...let alone at a discounted price.... back on the treadmill....and quite angry..... they are potentially exposing themselves to a divorce... its mainly the women that do the nesting....or demand they own their home, to do it right..... nesting can be difficult for some, in a rented property
I imagine they will eventually concede to looking in a cheaper suburb for another house.... imagine the peer pressure.... like horses for courses.....there is an affordable house for everyone....some might have to give up the 'suburb snobbery' bad retail figures out today....stockmarket rocky...make bricks and mortar even more attractive going into next year.. the rates rise was too early...as usual...less money for retail therapy,,,more money to the banks...oh and at such a crucial time
