Many think they can make millions in stock market & then buy the house outright. In fact life isn't as simple as ABC or 123. When the stock goes back & never goes up again, there is the total capital wipe out. But a house, you can live in it during correction, it's a tangible hard asset.

The statement from Forged "But a house, you can live in it during correction, it's a tangible hard asset" obviously does not apply for property investors who have one investment property far away from where they work OR who own multiple properties.
