    there idiots

    property is overpriced & it will correct imo, many wiped out from financial markets will sell up investment properties to cover losses, obviously certain blue chip areas will hold up fairly well but the majority will correct, to much money has been made on property the past 7 years & nothing has been given back.

    I see no reason for property to rise in currect financial crisis, apart from those that have cash many wont even be able to get a loan approved as banks tighten there lending.

    Tough times ahead
