Oh another thing - hyperinflation is a real threat - what asset should you hold under those circumstances - hyperinflation must be on the way as the US and Europe have to reflate the balloon - ours is not deflated with r/e - next few years - watch for HYPERINFLATION. Then be sure to hold decent assets with a little debt here and there that can devalue. Love to talk this stuff - then be shot down in flames - and be proven right 5 years time. You guys won't give me the cuedos but there lies the reward of vision and patience - a fat bank balance!
