For those who don't know who or what CAU is, the are a company called CollTech (gotta have that capitalized letter in the middle to be modern!). Here is what they do, pasted from StockDoctor:

CollTech (CAU) is involved in the production and sale of a natural protein known as collagen for medical products, cosmetics and food additives. The company has developed a manufacturing process that enables the extraction of the protein from sheepskins. The process produces two forms of collagen and wool as a by-product.

Products:
Colltech produces three main products, Insoluble collagen, Pepsinised Acid-Soluble Collagen and wool. Collagen is a fibrous protein that is an abundant in mammals. Pepsinised acid soluble collagen is a high grade Type I and Type III collagen for cosmetic, biopharmaceutical and biotherapeutics markets. Wool is a by-product from the extraction process that is dried and baled and sold to wool merchants. Colltech will be targeting collagen for markets in food additives such as gelatine and sausage casings and for medical applications such as wound care products, tissue regeneration, facial implants and urinary implants. Also targeted are cosmetics, skincare and cosmeceuticals including lotions, exfoliants, masks, cleansers, sun protection products, acne preps, hair growth and dental care products.

Progress:
Construction of the collagen extraction facility in Collie Western Australia has commenced. Sales are planned to commence in 1Q 2005. A sales agency agreement for the CAU`s products in Northern Asia was signed incorporating Colltech Asia Limited. Management expects orders in Asia to account for one third of collagen produced in the first year of operations.
