Austral Africa Resources Ltd (ASX:AAF) will make a 1-for-1 pro rata
non-renounceable issue at 0.1c a share to raise up to $903,308 (less
costs of the issue).
The funds from this offer will be applied to the orderly sale of
the company's furnaces in Democratic Republic of Congo, seeking mineral
opportunities in Australia and Africa, and for general working capital.
Record date for the issue is to be advised.
The issue will not be underwritten.
