DYOR of course, but it's possible we have a mild breakout above 9c. OK, given that the price is currently above 9c that sounds obvious, but NEU has been trading below 9 on very weak volumes, and formed an ascending wedge with 9c as resistance.
My caveat here was that the wedge was formed on weak, declining volumes. At the moment the volume, while not outstanding, is better than it has been for the last week or so. That's why I'm calling a "mild" breakout.
Let's see if volume improves.
