the company involved is a $2 shelf company with no real claims this case will be thrown out... do you really think ema directors would invest millions of dollars in drilling the entire tenement just to hand it over to someone else..you must be joking..claims by small companies like this occurr every day most are bullcrap and end up nowhere...their legal advice MUST surely indicate little or no risk or they would not be investing all this money..
