Emark nothing is unbeleivable to me about a move on VPG.The writing was on the wall for it and CER once the other low priced reits such as GJT,MDT,ILF etc have been jumping lately.I held GJT and MDT and after they moved decided to take profits.Stocks move quickly but you will always find profit taking when they move quick.I look around a few days ago and find VPG trading at under 4c and CER around 3c.Both have much higher NTA values.VPG had the article in the Australian quoting worst scenario 30c.I still believe all of these reit stocks under 10c present good value.People forget how far they have fallen.
