PENN are completely hedging their bets across multiple providers and launching their own sportsbetting platform through an outsourced provider.
Hence, PENN has no say in what technology or payments provider any of its licensed operators use.
therefore I don't see any logical or compelling reason why PBH would not use EML elsewhere outside of New Jersey. the only logical reason would be if the EML solution was not working for them - unlikely.
