Which particular provision of the ABC Charter do you think would prevent any on-air employee expressing a personal view on The Voice referendum (for or against)?:

I personally think that where an issue is regarded as "political" (or has been politically weaponised by one sector of politics, as has The Voice proposal) the ABC is under an obligation to ensure that the totality of its coverage and commentary informs the community that there are multiple views and to ensure that the different views get some coverage. It is not, IMO, under any obligation to present false "balance" by giving equal air time to misinformation or conspiracy theories.
