What it means is that HNR has tenements in highly prospective areas (Ni and Fe, at least) and the current price for this explorer with not that many shares on issue is reasonable.
HNR has yet to step into the shoes of PIO (also a Ni explorer) which has given its shareholders indigestion having achieved nothing in some 2 years.
