I have also been following BSI for the last couple of years.It came up on my scans for market cap/PE ratio/low digit price etc.Shares on issue 3,218,561,208.I then went into the substantial holders such as Butterss and Kellett which combined they hold 69.31% or 2,230,805,152.Other directors and senior managers account for roughly another 117,178,149 about 4%.So left is about 25%.Yes if you use the EPS last year cents .002 its about 5 PE.I would not have bought if I had not seen the level of holding of the directors and senior managment and that Investec re financed.You can fairly easily buy a holding at low levels.
